As the world turns and seasons begin to change. We try to regain normalcy in our lives but there is still so much out of our control. One thing I know we can control is how we dress which goes hand and hand with how you feel before y’all call me vain. So let me help you look the flyest with this upcoming seasons hottest predictions & maybe a little nostalgia with a couple of 90’s trends I see making a big return this Fall.
Oversized denim – It’s nice to have breathing room in our denim. I can remember wearing my jeans 5x my size back in the 90’s. Give this trend a chance with a bodysuit, fitted top, or a graphic t-shirt. Don’t forget a belt 😉 Cue in Rhianna
Suits – A suit can be dressed down simply by adding a hoodie under the blazer or dressed up by adding a lingerie piece and a sexy heel. Think Bella Hadid
Sequins – Make everything better. I’m not telling you to wear it head to toe but definitely incorporate a little sparkle with your denim. Everyone should have a sequin hoodie in their closets. Kendall & Celine had the same thought.
Cut out details – a peek a boo effect always adds mystery to every outfit. The perfect way to spice up any piece of wardrobe. From a midi dress with cut outs to a bodysuit. From runway’s to city streets.
Puffer Fashion – Jackets, Bags, and Shoes but let’s try to keep it one puffer piece per look. If not it’s going to be a puff puff pass on that. Kanye sold how many Puffers?? We will see these EVERYWHERE
Crops – Yes, I know these aren’t the most practical of tops but keep reading. When paired with a high waisted bottom like wide leg pant, skirt or shorts they can upgrade any look from cute to HAUTE!
Lug Soles – Ankle to Thigh Highs. Bring them out. Pair them with shorts, skirt or pants. You know these boots were made for stomping.
